Following first round audio submissions, 5 finalists were selected by a pre-screening panel consisting of principal players from the RTÉ National Symphony and Concert Orchestra. The finalists perform their complete concerti at the Royal Irish Academy of Music to a competition jury consisting of DBW19 Faculty members.  

*Entry is free for DBW19 Passive Participants and holders of a Day Pass for 24 June.

Gábor, Andrej and Jesper open the concert with each performing solo repertoire in the form of Neruda, Schumann and Dukas with piano. The second half will comprise completely of music for brass trio featuring Poulenc’s iconic Sonata for Horn, Trumpet and Trombone.
